The City of Lakeland, FL contracted AppTheory to redesign and redevelop their electric utility site.

As Dir. of Professional Services, I responded to the RFP, got the business, worked directly with their team to gather requirements, and managed the project through completion.

Their requirements were flexible and mostly centered around getting an updated-looking site on a CMS. AppTheory designed and implemented the site on DotNetNuke (DNN), working with their team to consult on setting up their server environment, as well as working with a third-party utility payment provider to integrate the look and feel across the two sites to make it a seamless transition for the user.
