In the Summer of 2013, I chose to migrate our agency off our email Exchange provider, Apptix, (which caused our Mac-run office plenty of headaches) over to Google Apps for Business.

Along with my IT contractor, Eric Livsey, I planned, executed, and tested the migration of over 30 users to Google Apps–setting up their desktops, mobile devices, calendars with the new servers. We ported all of their existing email data, contacts and calendar events over so nothing was lost.

It improved performance, created new collaboration tools, and saved the company on average about $5,000 / year and a lot of headaches.
